About Me
I started Sofia Baum Consulting, LLC in 2024, driven by a deep commitment to lift nonprofit organizations and businesses to new heights. My journey through the service industry, healthcare administration, and social justice facilitation has equipped me with a rich and varied expertise.
As a proud graduate of Oregon State University, I earned my B.S. in Business Administration and Sustainability in 2020. My time in college was filled with leadership roles in initiatives focused on identity development, food security, and service trips, all of which laid the foundation for my future work.
Between 2021 and 2023, I served as the Capital Campaign Manager for the Anahuac Farm of Capaces Leadership Institute. There, I was fortunate enough to lead a campaign that secured over $4M in funding, contributing significantly to enhancing our communication, fundraising strategies, and community engagement efforts. My approach to work is deeply rooted in collaboration, innovation, and a firm belief in the transformative power of community.
